PADI Rescue Diver course has 4 components:

• Independent home study of your (included) DVD and Rescue Diver manual at your own pace (we will deliver these to you when you book and pay for your course).  The 5 knowledge reviews in the course manual MUST be completed prior to your tutorial session.
• Tutorial session in the comfort of your own home.  When you’re ready we chat through your knowledge reviews with you and help you prepare for your exam.
• Confined water training in a local swimming pool.  You learn essential scuba related rescue skills.
• Open water training held over 2 days at Leybourne Lake.  You apply the theory you have learnt and develop your rescue skills in a variety of rescue scenarios.

Course Pre-requisites:

• PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification
• minimum of 20 logged dives with experience in deep diving and underwater navigation
• current qualification such as Emergency First Response in CPR (Primary Care) and basic first aid (Secondary Care).
